- Attach Letter of Admission, School ID and LGA Identification Letter or Certificate
- Non-indigenes should attach a letter of introduction from their Local Government Chairman or Traditional Ruler in the Ward or Community where they reside, with their contacts boldly written.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Undergraduate students of Delta North extraction (Aniocha North, Aniocha South, Ika North East, Ika South, Ndokwa East, Ndokwa West, Oshimili North, Oshimili South and Ukwuani LGAs
- Students in all level and studying any course can apply
