The Fulbright Foreign Student Program allows graduate students, young professionals, and artists from around the world to study and conduct research in the United States. Operating in over 160 countries, this program awards approximately 4,000 scholarships to international students each year.

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is managed by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. These offices handle all Foreign Student Program applications.
